House Mouse Stamp - Diva Hopper

Been playing around with a new stamp to me - Diva Hopper - an adorable House Mouse stamp.  I have also been working with colored pencils more which I'm liking more and more and my liquid pearls (for the 3D effect on the necklace and on the flowers and the mouse's eye).

Country Born Stamp set from Close to My Heart

I wanted to try out a card using some of the stamps from my Close to My Heart set called "Country Born".  The horse set, apples and barn are so sweet.  Here is what I came up with:

Easter Cards

Forgot to post some Easter cards that I made last month.  The picture doesn't really show that the cross color is in glitter embossing powder. 

Horse Bookmark

I wanted to share a bookmark that I made recently made.  It was using my Close to My Heart stamp set "Country Born" and some other stamps from Hobby Art. 

Valentine's Card

I was away from my blog for a while and during that time I created a Valentine's Card that I thought came out pretty well.  I got the idea from a Pinterest card that I saw but then of course I had to change things up and make it my own. 

I cut the heart design out of my Silhouette and then embossed the large heart.  I saw on Pinterest someone using words as a flower stem so I liked that idea - make the heart into a flower.  And then the leaves are from a Close to My Heart stamp set. 

Live Love Cards Challenge-Critter Card

Over at Live Love Cards.com they had a challenge to make a critter card for a very good cause.  I had just bought recently the Stampendous cat stamp/die set.  So I thought I would give it a try.  I cut it out from water color paper and used Stampin Up ink and an aqua water color pen to color.

I also cut a Silhouette design of leaves and placed a couple of white flowers that I had along with a dot on the bow. 

This card was so much fun to make.
